Rank Procedure:
No new member of the league will at any time ever be given a rank that is of a Senior Officer or a Junior Officer. No member can either be enlisted with the rank highter than a Staff Sergeant. All members are recruited as Non-Commissioned Officers from Private to Sergeant, except if they have permission from the CO or XO of LoL to give the recruit a rank of Staff Sergeant.

There are two ways to be given your rank. The first way is if you are skilled at certain functions like diplomacy, web design, etc... The other way is based on how good you are at the game that you play the most. The better you are, the higher the rank will be. The final decision on ranks is decided by the Leaders of the League.

Registering to the Forums:

To be considered a "legal" member of the League of Legends, you are Required to be registered on the Forums in your FULL Tags. You will register with the name as the normal [-LoL-]Rank-Name format. If you do not register with this format, then an administrator will change it to fit the format that is needed.
